I have a tank of nothing but male guppies they get along fine no fighting or anything like that. I left them for a little while (about a month) with a family member and when I come back everything seems normal they all look healthy. But today I noticed that one of the males looks like his anus is protruding all the time! He swims, eats, and poops fine. But now my dominate male is not eating and rubbing on the gravel at feeding time. I did a water test and everything was fine I even took a water sample to a LFS and everything was normal there as well. Is something wrong with them? I can't take a picture because my camera was recently shattered.

Swollen/protuding anus is a big symptom of internal parasites so you should get a med that treats the tank for this, you should treat the whole tank with all the guppys in it too and not just the obviously infected guppy as internal parasites can show no symptoms for long periods of time and so your other guppys may also be infected without you knowing.
