sick guppies

i am having a problem with my guppies. they are dying off. They are gettin large white patches on them and now one has what looks like popeyes. I have been medicating them for 1 and a half weeks did a 25% water change. don't know what to do. Please help. Oh yeah teseted water and everything was ok....

How long has the tank been set up, how many gallons does it hold and how many and what types of fish do you have in it?
Do you know about ammonia, nitrates and nitrites and dechlorinator? What meds have you been using on the fish?
