Sick Gourami

hi guys for some reason my female dwarf gourami looks strange and acting strange

she looks perfectly normal no physical abdormalities she has one white spot on her head but no others on her now she is doing this/ not eating i dont think can anyone help

water stats:
amm:0
nitri:0
nitrates10ppm

and all other dg's are fine eating and healthy looking

If there's one whitespot, then its ich. If you have no inverts, use either coppersafe by mardel or quickcure...but i'm not sure if they're plant safe so you'd have to check. Rid-Ich by Kordon is also good. If you have inverts, use Super Ich Cure by API or Ick Guard by Tetra. Also, slowly raise your temp to above 80...like, 83ish is good. Hope your fish get better soon!

this is also related ltd the thread com internal parasite question cause from my tank which she's from I've lost 4 fish recently I'm not sure whether it a bactirial prob com parasite my dead bn had a shrunken stomach my danio had bloat (dropsy) another had blisters either side same place my platy this morn looked fat I just don't know anymore

I think now you need to do a double whammy treatment...Treat with this if you can find it

man its expencive it will cost me about 150-200 quid to treat my tank so i think thats off

I dropped a bloodworm on her she sucked it in (accidently i think) and spat it out in a flash
Im realy starting to think what have i done to deserve some of my fish to just pop their clogs
