Sick Goldfish.

Can anyone help?
I have just got home and found one of my goldfish sick.

Tank is 190 litres
5 goldfish
Standard juwel filter plus a fluval plus 4 filter.
Test results are good.
ammonia 0
nitite 0
nitrate 10

are you referring to his clamped fins? it might just be stress. keep an eye on him.

The area between body and fin is very red.

The goldfish has some dropsy if the scales are sticking out near the base of the tail (but if they aren't then it looks like columnaris to me), your best bet would be to treat the fish with an anti internal bacterial med or an all round general antibiotic in the form of medicated food . How often do you do water changes and how much do you take out on average?
