Sick Goldfish

Hes is floating about the tank motionless he has been losing his colour for weeks now and wasnt sure what was wrong with him he has grew weaker every day i have been treating him with myzaxin for the last few days but it hasnt brought him round, i now have in a hospital tank with a heater set at a low temp as the tank he was in was really cold

What is the exact temperature?
What tank was he originally in? What size?
Did he have any other tank mates in with him, if so what? and how many?

How long have you had him?
How often do you feed?

Hi the tank he was in was about 40 litres i dont have a thermometer on the goldfish tank as they have survived allsorts of water conditions in the past so i never really monitored them as they done fine whatever the conditions. He has two tank mates but they are fancy goldfish he was a comet i think the other two are fine but it looks like he may of passed away as he is no longer moving
