sick fish

I have a fish that only swims clockwise in circles. The fish is looking pretty bad now but I do not know what to do. Any ideas?

Well it could be any number of problems. Do you have a test kit for ammonia and nitrite? How long has the tank been established? If its a new tank the fish could be suffering from new tank syndrome from high ammonia levels. I would suggest a water change but I don't know if anything could be done to help the fish if its this far gone.
