:( my own fault really, i stressed her out in a new tank that i rushed the cycle on, i came home today and she was hiding, so i put her back in my mature tank.

Now she is hiding in the undergrowth looking all poorly.

Anything i can do to encrease her chances?

Did you match ph and temp.
If she on her own salt, one tablespoon to 5gal.

The water is the same temp and its from the same source so im asuming its the same PH. Can tell you the exect PH as i dont have a kit,

She was flicking in the new tank, so im guessing the water isnt great yet

The other stats i know are

Mature Tank

Nitritre 0.5
Nitrate 110 (slightly over stocked, hence the new tank)

New Tank

Nitrite 0.5
Nitrate 5

Cant quarantene here as i dont have another tank :(

Finger crossed everyone

Just worried that with the tank still cycling the ph was different, as she would go into ph shock and stress.

her mate is still in the new tank and he is fine, dont know if that significant,

Il get my self a PH kit tommorrow but im a bit stuck at the min. guess hoping is all i can do.

Fingers crossed, always take a sample of the tank ph there in to the tank ph you are putting them in.

cheers for the advise, i never thought about PH, i just figured the PH would be the same because the waters from the same place. Guess you shouldnt take anything for granted :/

Here she is looking all sorry for a self
