(oh yah u need tank info)
Tank Size: 20 gallons

Ph: 7.4

Ammonia: 0ppm

Nitrates: oppm

Nitrites: between 3.0-5.0 (it doesnt give me any colors between those 2 numbers)

water temp: 75 deg

extra info: my elodea just all of a sudden died and broke off into a million peices...

Tankmates: 4 dwarve plattys, 3(one just died along with her) female guppys, 2 male guppys, 4 ghost shrimp

after closer examination of the guppy, the red marks appear to be cuts... right behind its gills on its underside... what could have cut the guppy open? the cut measures, .25 of a centimeter

now... my guppys stuck against the filter... its still breathing... but i think its going to die..

I'm going to remove her from the tank...

Right need size of tank in gallon or litres, plus how many fish and which type, water stats in ammonai, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
It's bacterial and by the sounds of things she's not good and might not make it, sorry.
When you say a red spot do you mean a patch.

Red spots on skin can be caused by:
Regarding the small red dot, small pinprick like haemorrhages (called petechiae) can be due to a local lesion, a generalised septicaemia or toxaemia caused by acute viral and bacterial infections.

another one of my guppys is dead... i found her hiding dead inside one of my last surviving plants... the 2nd guppy had no signs of any disase before or after death...

A plague has struck my tank o_O
