I have a percula with a bite taken out of his left pectoral fin, he's acting fine, he's in a small tank with a blue yellow tail and he's actually the one bullying the damsel. I assume since he's behaving perfectly normal and healthy then his fin will probably heal well over time, is there anything special I can supplement his diet with to speed that process? Right now he's being a special mixture of chopped mysis, garlic juice, and marine flake.

I think the garlic you are already using is probably the best option as it will help keep his immune system up which should stop any infections. In my freshwater fish I have just used Stresscoat before when transporting them or if there has been fin damage. Not sure if there is a saltwater equivelent of this though.

A vitamin suppliment like Selcon is the only thing that I might reccomend for him

Vitamin supplements sound like a good idea. He's doing good on the food mixture I've been giving him, but his fin hasnt healed as much as I'd like for it to. Maybe it's a birth defect...
