Sick Clown Loaches

I had until today two clown loaches. One of which has been quite docile for the last few days. It has been lying on its side on the bottom of the tank (as i know isn't uncommon for this species), however about 48 hours ago it began to turn red around its mouth and eyes (the same color as is on its tail and fins). About 24 hours ago it began to look bloated. and upon getting home today it was dead. The other loach is now very red around the mouth and is also being very lethargic. Water chemistry all ok. Temp normal ect.

Can anyone help?

any chance of you posting your water test results, tank size,any new additions/other inhabitants,temp and a photo if you have one
how long has the tank been setup? and how long have the loaches been in there?
