Sick Black Neon Tetra

My Black Neon Tetra is sick. He has a bump on his head and I belive it made him blind. He always swims in a line and he only turns when he hits into something. Plus the other fish if they see him coming they turn and swim away from him. Please help me.

Need alot more info on size of tank in gallons or litres, plus water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, how many fish and which type.
Is the eye cloudy looking.
The bump can you describe it is it white does it look flufffy, any circling of red around it, or a red spot in the centre.

We just bought him from the petstore yesterday. He was purchased with two other Black Neon Tetras and a Rasbora. The others appear to be fine. It is just this fish. They were kept in a ten gallon tank with another species that I don't know the name of. My guess would be another type of Tetra. They were of similar size and appearance, but with different coloring. We plan on calling the pet shop tonight.

Never mind we'll call right now he's dead. He is completely devoid of color right now, but I diffinitely remember his appearance. His coloring was duller than the rest. No fluff, no red circling, just a red lump. It looks like a tumor.
