Sick Black Molly

Ok so my Black molly is not eating and is developing some white fuzzy spot on him, one is around his left eye and on his top fin and there are some on his back. He also isn't shinny anymore and a really dull black color. The other molly in the tank is doing just fine and is happy. I think that it is a fungus but i don't know how to treat it? Please help me.
