i know you dont have stats for the water as youve misplaced you kit. id put it down to poor water quality as you cant change water during medication of antibiotics. try a salt dip using aquarium salt (or in a pinch table salt) at 1tbsp/gal. leave him for 10 mins then back to his hospital container.
does sound like a secondary fungal infection. once the antibac meds are done waterchange 2X a day and feed good food. but try the salt dip and see if it helps if you are able. the fungus eliminator stuff works well too, but unsure if can use with antibiotic meds. and you MUST finish up the round of antibiotics-very important. so thats why id suggest the dips. see if it helps. ive also read that cold water is more optimal for fungal issues so that may be why it showed up too-assuming no heater in his container, coupled with his weakened immune system(from the finrot) and stress of hospital tank.
