i have 1 betta in one gallon tanks (few tanks), and i didnt have much time and changed less water lately. Now, my fishes' colour seems fading a bit. Also i noticed their waste became lighter in colour. I expect this might be internal infection from ammonia poisoning according a few ppl i asked before. If it is internal infection, then what can i do/use to cure it? also, if there are other suggestions about my betta, i would glady listen to it. Thank You.

What are your readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate? If it is strictly from ammonia poisoning, you probably just need to get the water parameters back to where they need to be and he should be fine. I'm certainly no expert on diseases though. I do know that you need to get the ammonia and nitrte back to zero though if they are high.

i lost the chart for the testing, but teh ammonia is high for sure. But if its internal infection, what medication/techniques should i should. i dont really know much about fish medicine

Unfortunately Im not very knowledgeable on medications myself. I just bought some Parasite Clear to try to treat a betta for internal parasites but I think the problem may just be old age in his case. Here is the link to the pinned thread on medications. Hopefully, it will help you find what you need until someone else replies.
