Sick Angel

My platinum angel has got what looks like black bumps protruding from under her flesh, ive shown a few people i know who keep fish and no one can put their finger on it. Shes eating fine but her breathing is also rapid and she spends a lot of time hiding. Any ideas, will try and get a pic when i can

Can you feel the lumps to see if there hard or soft like filled with puss or liquid.
Black coloring can be cancer.
Can you post your stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
