Siamese Fighting Fish

Hi


Would a male Siamese Fighting Fish live happily with my current fish?

What are their tempemant like?

How would my Chinese algae eater be with the siamese fighter fish?

Any advice would be helpful.

males do better alone, i wouldn't add one to your tank, the tetras danios and possibly sword would be a problem, if you really want one then maybe get a small 2-5 gal for a male, he'll be so much happier

What lilfishie said is spot on. Males prefer to be on there own and Tetras will most likely nip fins on a betta. I would say get a nice little 5g tank for one, it will be worth it.
