You can put one male Betta in that tank, more than one and they will kill each other. They are quite peaceful fish and can go in community tanks add few females for company, but i heard (in other post) they kill males guppies thinking they were males bettas.

Often guppies and Bettas do not get along because the betta will confuse the guppy for a fellow male betta because of the fins.... Also bettas and Gouramis do not always mix well....So I would have to say it is to risky so no.

Very much agree. Male bettas can often confuse a male guppy with their large colours tails, so if you have any male guppies considered them to be endangered if you put that betta in.

I have my betta with guppies no probs the only fish it dont like is my platy but she is to fast to get in any trouble
