shy clown loaches

Back in 2016 I introduced 2 clown loach, and mid way through last year I introduced 4 more i have noticed that the older ones spend most of there time in an ordainment with a rainbow shark and and the new ones have become very shy and swims with my two Yoyo loach. Is there any possibility to have them join into a school and anyway to make them less shy? Thanks

It might be that you should've added them all at once instead of introducing them seperately. How big are the ones you most recently introduced and how big are the older clowns and yoyo's. It could be that the smaller ones are intimidated by the bigger ones and that is why they are shy. How big is the tank and what are the water parameters (pH and GH)?
