Shrimps On Top Of Mt.bogwood! Pictures!

All of my amano shrimps have decided to sit ontop of the bogwood at the highest point in the tank, ive never seen them do this before and i usually only see 2 out and about every day, strange to see all 5 in the same place, is this breeding behavouir? i hope its not bad as i really love my shrimp!!

Yeah i looked up breeding amano and it does look a little complicated... for now maybe ill try and breed them in the future

Any time all of my cherry shrimp move up high in the tank as a group I know to check the water immediately and do a partial water change. The last time this happened the filter in the male fighters tank had stopped working without me knowing the fighter was still as happy as Larry but the shrimp wheren't happy and all went to the surface. Great little indicators of something not quite right in the tank IMO.

Well there fine now and i havnt seen them back up since so mabye the water was a little dirty or some thing
