shrimps and things

i have a spare tank (30 uk gals) and want to set it up to accomadate
freshwater shrimps and possibly crabs
will they be ok together and how many could i keep in a 30 gal?

also info on deit and conditions would be appretiated

I think their talking about freshwater.

Bamboo shrimp (filter feeder), ghpst srimp, amano shrimp, and cherry red shrimp are the only FW shrimp that come to my mind
