It really depends on what type of setup you have to offer the shrimp. Many have very different requiremets. How large is the tank ? What temperature is it ? What are the tank inhabitants ? Is it heavily planted ? etc.
Since you have angels you would be best sticking to the larger varieties of shrimp so they won't get eaten. fan shrimp would be a good choice, they are often sold as wood shrimp or bamboo shrimp. This site has more info http/www.shrimpcrabsandcrayfish.co.uk/Sh...p.htm~mainFrame
Hope this helps

p.s remember whichever shrimp you choose, avoid those which have pincers as they will catch and kill your fish
Yep, I agree on the Bamboo (wood) shrimp (Atyopsis moluccensis). Some people who have heavily planted tanks have some success in keeping smaller shrimp with Angels, but I they mostly end up being tasty, expensive snacks ! and not worth taking a chance on.
Besides, wood shrimp are just really beautiful and facinating to watch B)
