Got bored so i thought i would show you my new shrimp tank, The whole lot inc shrimp was £80 not i bad i thought?

Thank you but i mantain that i suck with a camera the camera took so good shots though lol. Have 25 red shrimp in there so should breed nicely on the oak leaves

What are you planning on doing once they breed?

just sell them on to fund other projects, ill always keep 50 or so to have a strong tank. Waiting on some yellow one to breed aswell. My other tank has 600 golden aplle snails in lol keeping them is a chore

lol was just going off their clutch size, they have any where between 100-300 per clutch. think ill just sell them for £1 each something they exellent shells due their varied deit

no such thing is this hoppy is there.....the money will go to another tank lol. finding 600 buyers will be the hard part

I'm sure you won't get 600 people that want just 1.

Surely people will want 4 or 5...

for proper care they need 2.5 gallons each so 4 or 5 plus fish will need a big tank and a good filter there messey liitle things

How big is the tank you keep 600 in?

Their split into 3 tanks of snail only and still not enough room, mind you the 2.5 per snail is adult, i will be getting rid of them before they reach 4 months old. i have 3 LFS none have apple snails in or the one that does they are poor. So if i can rid of 50 to each should lighten the bio load.

Sell some to the LFSs, make a thread in the classified section on here and keep some?

I would strap the moss to the driftwood and instead make a small pile of marimo balls in that central location. The heater could be moved behind the driftwood on the left.
