Ive seen these tanks
BiOrb 15L and various 15 to 21L starter kit tanks would these be ok for just shrimp?
Planted obviously :)

But they would be ok for just shrimp and mb the odd assassin snail?

Im not keen on shrimp only tanks. I cant see how they can support a healthy filter as they produce very little waste and the water changes required to keep the water in good condition remove a lot of the waste that they produce... expert info please.

I keep a sad old gourami in with my shrimp at the moment. He is too slow and old to chase the baby shrimp and his waste helps to maintain the filter. Maybe you could have something else in there to create waste (unless there are heaps of them in there).

Anythink that produces waste also produces ammonia same as waste foods, a colony only has to grow to the amount of waste produced so the tanks would be stable to combat any waste there, water changes can still be done to keep water optimal anyways weather shrimp or not are in the tank.

Hope that helped becasue im a little unsure of your question

i currently have 5 emerald eye rasbora that i think stay tiny so id thought of mb getting some of them or endlers not too sure atm lol but def want a "mainly" shrimp only tank
