Shrimp man gone bye bye

My shrimp passed away this morning He was about an inch long and this morning i found him on his side...but instead of being a yellowy brownish color he was white and red and didn't even look like himself I was so sad so i pulled him out right away and dumped him in the garbage bag

are you sure it wasn't just a moult?

well when he moult-ed it was usually yellowish/clear...and usually hollow...from the looks of it this was definently not hollow! I'm still crossing my fingers hoping it was a moult but i didn;t see him in the cave or under the clam when i came home 3 hours later after i turfed him
