Before putting in my Rilli shrimp i had one ammano shrimp and one cherry shrimp, the shrimp have now bred and the tank is full of shrimplings (is that what you call them  ?

)

Would i be correct in saying the rilli would not have been able to breed with the ammano but could have bred with the cherry ?  Its because i will sell or give some away and do want to say they are rilli shrimp if its a half ammano half rilli mutant.

I assume they could be rilli/cherry shrimp or is this not possible.

dont want to mislead anyone i give/sell them to.

I plan to put in the add they are rilli shrimp but could be cherry/rilli cross if that is a possibility.

p.s (Anyone in Denmark after some assasins or shrimp ???) lol

They will be rili/cherry crosses, rilis are just a colour morph of cherrys

Thanks for that lillefishy. And there would be no chance of the ammano (if it was a male) impregnating the cherry or rilli ?    Silly question i know but i just want confirmation this is an immposibility. Cheers

No, amanos can't breed with cherrys & can't breed in freshwater as their young need brackish to survive

And they are "shrimplets" by the way.
