Just taken this short vid of one of my shrimp.
Does the movement mean the eggs are getting ready to hatch?

From the looks of it she was just doing the usual aerating flap to keep oxygen around the eggs, but the eggs do look like they might be close to catching. Does she have dark eggs or pale eggs? If pale you might be able to see the shrimplets eyes inside the egg.

I hope you get to see the eggs hatching its inteeresting to watch.

The eggs are dark.
It looked really freaky when I first saw that movement
They are fascinating little creatures, I'll be keeping an eye on her, would love to watch them hatch

I've been lucky and got to watch some of mine hatch and it was fascinating to see, they are so tiny have a magnifying glass handy near the tank so you can get to see the process really closely.

Was just about to start a topic about this, my berried Cherry shrimp is doing this now, but her eggs are a real bright yellow. I don't know how long shes been pregnant so I dunno when to expect them to drop!

Is there any common signs when its going to happen?

She will usually drop the shrimplets just prior to sheding her exoskelaton, which is from memory roughly 3-4 weeks give or take depending on water temp. She will generally go into hiding as well. Cherry shrimp can have either green or yellow/ orange eggs and it doesn't determine the colour of the offspring. I don't think brightness or darkness of the eggs can really determine how close they are to hatching either.
And apparently carrot (I usually put it raw in my tanks for the BN's and also as snail bait) which you can boil first will help enhance the shrimps colour...maybe that is why so many of mine are deep maron red rather than orangey red.
