The idea for this thread has been shamelessly stolen from penguinpimp1990. (Hey, I enjoyed looking at the responses he received  )

I'm really just looking for inspiration for my dream tank; a large (150 gal+) Tanganyikan community. Pics and also fish combinations that have worked for you.

It really does depend on what look/fish you want. I have a Mpimbwe Frontosa setup with Lamp Compressiceps and Regani kipili and lamp tretocephalus which has been working really well for nearly 18 months now.

Not the rockwork and substrate setup I desire but i'm upgrading tank soon so didn't see the point in bothering.

I'm considering a setup with a group of Frontosa as the centrepiece. After that, I'm looking for as much variety as I can reasonably manage in the tankmates, either small groups, pairs or single specimens.

Very Nice tank.. Never had much experience with lake tankanyika tanks.. Looks very nice though.
