I havent done a partial water change for a couple weeks cause I dont wanna stress my pregnant female guppy.
I checked water today and ammonia and nitrite was 0 and nitrate was between 10 and 20.
Should I do a partial water change or just leave it just now

Carefully done, rather quiet(ie. Not like Niagara Falls ) waterchanges seemed to benefit the pregnant mommas. I have some preggers guppy females right now and I keep changing the water every week to 10 days (25-30%)...so long as I don't disrupt the tank too much, go slow with the siphon etc, they seem to be AOK.
If you're gentle and careful about it, you should be able to change the water with no problems...just don't go chasing em with the siphon!
