Should I Use A Spray Bar

ive started getting my plants growing well and have the flow on max on my fluval 3+ and after moving my amazon swords to where i want them no matter which way i direct the flow the swords do sit right should i use a spray bar but keep it under the water to keep the surface turbulence down or should i give some turbulance as ive got no air bubbles running in the tank?
PS its not just planted it is well stocked with fish aswell
the tank is a 110L light glo
