Grey patches can be poor water quality, parasites, to bacterial infections.
If there no signs of flicking and rubbing I would treat it as columnaris.
What are your stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

don't have no stats yet taking a sample of my water to my lfs tomorrow and they will test it for free.

its not really grey just a bit lighter than the others only on its head tho if u see in the pic.....

Columnaris usually presents its self on the head region and it can looked bleached out.
Water stats would be good so get them done fast.
Good luck.

Do you mean you filled the tank and set it up last Friday, or it finished cycling last Friday?. If the former, a tank can take weeks to cycle and your fish will suffer.
