I've noticed that one corner of my 125 Gallon is lower then the others. Along the short side the water is just over 1/8 of an inch lower. That side is 18" long so it's not a huge slope but is there in any case. The floor is level and I have the stand on a foam pad. It appears that the stand is going deeper into the foam in that corner as well. I'm concerned because of the extra pressure on that particular corner.

Is this a huge problem.... I can reinforce the stand if needed but don't want to have to move the tank unless it's absolutely necessary.

i would do whatever it takes to get it level as soon as possible. it will put extra stress on the tank which could crack or burst. been there with a 56 gal and it was not pretty.

In a10 gallon, or a 20-29 or even a 30 gallon i would say no big deal. But, a 125?!?!? GET THAT THING LEVEL ASAP! the water pressure in a tank that size is immense, and it's focused on one pane of glass, not the bottom, and it WILL break, not might, will. The longer it sits like that, the sooner you get wet, very wet. drain it as far as you have to to pick it up a little, and get something underneath that side. Save what water you can so as to not stress your fish too much. I had a 55 gallon crack in my basement and i can say for a fact, YOU DO NOT WANT THAT lol. get that sucker fixed like yesterday!

After talking to the LFS the tank will be moved this weekend. We have it coordinated so as least amount of stress on the fish. As he said, it may not break today, or tomorrow or even in a few years... but it's exceedingly vulnerable.

Bravo, never let something like that just go unattended. MUCH better to be save than very, very sorry :D
