Was wondering if anyone knew of any good local shops in my area, im in newcastle-upon-tyne and the only place's i know of are gardening shops like peter barretts and dobbies

Go into the Tropical Chit Chat section of the forum. At the top is a list of pinned articles, check the one saying UK fish shop directory for shops in your area.
