What is the coldest it can be when shipping plants?

I would imagine it would be what the minimum temp the plants can stand.

You can ship plants above freezing temperture. Anything below freezing temperture would freeze the plants cells and cause it to burst.
Then it would just melt.

Freezing temperture is 32-35. It would be risky to ship it.
