Hey guys.
This is my first batch of fry. We knew that "Big Mama" was pregnant (she got that nickname being the first one to become preggers). I think she's about to give birth, she's the larger out of the two pregnant ones, and I peaked into the tank today, and low and behold there's one fry swimming around. I couldn't catch him, but caught big Mama and moved her to our 10 gallon 'quarentine tank' I don't know what to do now....
Just wait and fish her out when she's done??
PS the fry is soooo cuuuute!

yep, add some java moss or plants that are thick, plastic ones will be fine, and they should go and hide from mum, mollies in general dont tend to eat their fry but will if really hungry so add a little food in there for her. good luck and pics of babies when you can :good: :good:

Alright, we are waiting patiently, however while I've got you here, Modaz...
We had recently put the crew plus 4 new mollies into a 45g from a 10. That was Monday night, one of the new girls, a dalmation lyre tail, has been kind of...odd. She hasn't eaten at all. If another fish comes near her, she moves a few inches and stops swimming. Now I noticed, she's been sitting on the bottom of the tank, almost leaning over. As soon as I find my microSD card converter, I could try to post pictures of what she's doing, I just don't know where my fiance put the card reader.
Should I just wait a few more days, or what?
