Hello everybody,
I am moving soon into a 2 bedroom appartment in Montreal, Canada and want to make the most of my available space by putting in a bookcase/shelving system that would allow me to put at least a 15 gallon tank on each shelf (4 shelves needed). The width of the unit can be around 80 cms. Depth is not that important, can be up to 50 cms.
I am not good at DIY (don't have the skills and the equipment) so I am looking for an existing system which at the most I could reinforce the shelves with some metal angles underneath.
I have been looking at Ikea systems but each shelf can only hold up to 30 kgs, which is obviously not enough. Does anybody know of any cupboards/kitchen cabinets/bookshelf systems available in Canada that would do the trick?
