Just a quick question, since I've read very different stuff on different sites so I am a little confused. Is it possible to keep a pair of Neolamprologus brevis in a fifteen gallon aquarium, or how many Neolamprologus multifasciatus could you safely keep in it? Thanks in advance :)

A pair of Brevis would be fine in a 15G tank. As for Multis, you could keep about 4-6 in that size tank. If they do end up breeding you may end up eventually having to get a bigger tank but other than that you'll be fine. :good:

Both are colonial fish so you'd be okay but there are some like stappersii or similis that while they can colonize tend to do better in larger tanks with a lot of shells. In any case, the more shells you have, the better.
