Ahh thats sad,its up to you whether you leave her there until the end or end it for her,i'm not sure of the correct method of euthenising,possibly get some ice cold water with ice cubes put her in there,doesn't take long.
Alhough i couldnt personally do it,

Is this the same fish you were saying had a red ball on the back. I'm really sorry to hear that your fish isn't going to make it. Lets hope the fry are healthy and strong. Keep us posted
