I wouldn't have thought so - but any shark belonging to the shark family IS a proper shark!
But if you mean things like Nurse sharks or great whites then I wouldn't have thought so! Would have to be some tank!
Don't know what a Silver Shark is so I don't know about that. There is a massive variety of sharks that you can get though!

Someone with more knowledge of sharks will be able to help you

i would love a miniture version(1ft)of a great white :(

NOT IN AN 180 LITRE TANK!!! Silver sharks (bala sharks) need at least 125 gallons of water and are a nervous schooling fish.

Your tank is only about 45 gallons. The closest you can get to a 'shark' (there are no freshwater sharks strictly speaking - only the bull shark comes anywhere close and you can't keep that in your average tank :p) in there is a red tailed black shark OR a rainbow/red-finned shark OR a flying fox. A single one of any of those would work. Don't get more than one 'shark' as these won't tolerate others of their kind or similar looking fish. They all get to around 6 and are territorial bottom-to-mid-dwellers. Make sure they have an area of the tank to themselves.

If you would rather go for something that looks like the silver sharks mentioned above, scissortail rasboras and giant scissortail rasboras do resemble them somewhat but are rasboras and won't grow as large. They still need to be kept as a school of at least 6. The normal scissor gets to 3.5" so is the better option if you don't have much room left in your tank (you need to only be half-stocked BTW) and the giant gets to 6" so you'll be almost fully stocked if all you have is 6 giant scissors in your tank.

... which brings me to, what exactly IS in your tank at the moment?

Red tailed black shark. A favourite. Very active, mine's all over the tank.
