Shaky Fish

I have a albino tiger barb that has the case of the wiggles he's new in the tank along side many others. They've been in for four days now and he's the only one that's doing it. plz help

How long has the tank been set up.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.

65 gal been set up for a couple of weeks and every thing is fine. I did a 25% water change last night and hes doing better.

Sounds like the tank is still cycling.
Take a sample of your tank water to the lfs for testing, and tell them to write the readings down for you.
