Sexually Mature?

sorry guys but can anyone tell me the average size/age that cichlids become sexually mature please just for my own reference

It really depends on the species. My labs started breeding around 2 inches.

Yeah it really is quite shoking. My labs did a 2" and my morii did at 3"

Oh yes, if they were mammals they'd be rabbits. My male lab is working very hard on his girls as I speak. Hopefully they can hold him off until they move to the new tank.

Sometimes i wish i were a fish,getting it on with the ladies in broad daylight and in front of gazing eyes.
Or am i being a little pervy here?
