is there way to sex coolie loaches? i have three of them and wondering if theres a significant difference between male and female

they look like this (there are different species of coolies)

Generally not, the only reliable way is to wait until some/any becomne gravid- when this occurs the females will become very large and have a greenish tint to the belly.
