Hi can anyone help.. what sex is my kribensis
Iv 3 kribensis and all 3 are equally colourful.. all similar size none of them look like they have diamond shaped tails.. but 2 have paired up so they must be one of each sex..
The 3rd Iv included a picture
Can anyone help plz

Kribensis are easy to sex. Males have long pointed ventral fins that stretch back to the anal fin. Female ventral fins are much shorter and more rounded. You have three females.

So if Iv 3 females why are 2 of them paired up? Do they do that?
 
Yes, cichlids sometimes do that if there are no males present. One gets the urge to lay eggs, and the other usually doesn’t lay but just gets kinda caught up in the excitement and goes through the motions. Yours are all pretty close to being ready, so it wouldn’t be that hard for them to get carried away.
It’s an easy way of getting rid of the eggs...
