How long does it take till you can sex out guppie fry??

Depends on how fast they grow, usually within 4-10 weeks, the males gonopdium starts to grow around the 4 week mark but can be hard to tell.

When the babies get older the males are more bright and have better colours than females. Males also have longer tails and different shapes, females tails are generally round.

I have a few that I decided to save from a batch around new years and I can already tell the males from the females. I think the easiest way is finding the females by looking for their gravid spot, that is usually noticeable before the males gonopdium starts to change.
