sexing chiclids

I tried this in the genral breeding section but no one knew about it. I wanted to know how to sex chiclids (thereyre redfins if it helps).

Like we said in the other thread, we havnt heard of red fin cichlids, can you get a pic for us?

could you possibly mean a red fin borleyi? if so, it is a trade name for copadichromis borleyi. the females are kinda dull in color with a red belly. the males have a red body and fins with a blue face. you could also determine sex by the vents.
