I have all baby mollies and they loook like they are all females does the gonopodium mature later...any help

after about three months, you should be able to tell males from females. i don't know how though... <<

Yes, the gonopodium will come out later. Some males get it sooner, some get it later. It all depends.

Since Mollies are mature at about a year, they should definaitely be noticeable by 6 months, usually a lot earlier. Try to seperate the males and females as soon as you can, to prevent inbreeding, and a ton more fry!
