I am in no way an expert on sexing these things but since the dorsal fin is long and pointed and touches the tail fin, I would say it is a male.

Thats what we thought too, just wanted a 2nd opinion, he keeps chasing my Oscar round..... think he's after a bit of nookie!! :blush:

With BP's the length of dorsal does not matter.If you can get a close up of its vent area I can probably sex it for you.
