Sex Change Swordtail

hi all
i have 3 swordtails,1 male and 2 females or so i thought!
1 of the females is turning into a male!!
its started to grow a tail and is always fighting with the male

the two females are twice the size of the male
im sure i had 2 females i have young in the tank and the females are so big and fat they must be female!
but like i say one is growing a sword ?
anyone heard of this before???

dont worry
they dont change sex but are late to develope,
they all start off looking like females and at some point the sword develops.

Ye i've it it take over a years for some sword's to devlope, the best are always the last to devlop though.

well if it does turn out to be a male
it will be the biggest fatest one ive ever seen
arnt male swords usually quite small and slim??

hi,
my male is a right fatty,
if it has a sword its male, also its started showing agression towards the other male.

I've seen some swoards get to 4 inch in the body and nearly 3 inch on the sword, the biggest are always the last to devlope.

lol it happened to our tiger swordtail , and he is masssssssssssive now
