I will be changing my tank around from plastic plant and gravel to Real plants and sand, however i have seen and heard that severums will polish off any live plants.

i don't want to get rid of her (or him) is there anyway i can prevent it from feasting on the plants?

I can only speak from my experiance - If I was you I would keep well clear of live plants, I tried live plants with my Sev & he absolutely wrecked them to pieces. Even if you feed them veg etc... he/she will still gorge on the plants when you're not about.

I now have a bogwood only tank.

Thanks, Had a feeling that would be the case, ended up giving him to lfs (one i actually trust)
