Severum With Red Swelling And White Lumps

You'll see that there are white lumps growing all around the red area now too. The first pic shows the largest lump which seems to be sticky to sand.

Anyone have any idea what this is?

How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Can you describe the lumps in more detail.
Any redness to the lumps.
Do the lumps resemble a cauliflower.
Do teh lumps look smooth and raised.
Did the lumps suddenly appear.
Are gills the red and inflamed, or look like there bleeding.
Are red pierce marks on the gills.
Any signs of laboured breathing, or gasping.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing.
Does the fish swim in a jerky movement.
Are the gills flaps curling up.
Any white edges to the gills.
Any excess mucas on the gills or body of the fish.
Any mottling of the gills.
