The color will change, so it's not really useful to guess the color right now. Wait until they start developing some true color. Congratulations on the fry.
As far as your pictures go, see if your camera has a macro setting. This allows you to take up close up images, which is what is normally used on close distances for fish tanks. Provide light that isn't direct but illuminates brightly. For instance, when taking that picture, maybe shining a light horizontally under the breeding trap instead of on top of it. High lighting will allow your camera to snap faster pictures, meaning less blur, but the direct light will snap it possibly too fast, because it thinks there is a huge amount of light when it's really only in one spot. That will make the rest of the image darker.
